Organization Leadership 101
Mailboxes for student organizations are located on the fourth floor behind the reception desk. Please check your mail weekly as national organizarions often contact us this way. If your organization is expecting a large package, please ensure that the package is addressed attention to your student organization so that the receptionist knows where to store it.
To reserve a room and add an event to the College of Law calendar please click HERE. Please ensure that your reservation request contains a good description for the event, as information posted will be included on the school calendar for all students to read, and can often appear in web searches. Once the event is submitted you will get an email reply confirming your reservation. Please make sure to check the room schedule to avoid conflicts with other events.
ALL STUDENT ORGANIZATION LEADERS ARE REQUIRED TO REVIEW THE EVENTS PAGE FOR INFORMATION REGARDING LAW WEEK & VOLUNTEER DAY.
Announcements that are not considered events should be sumitted to the weekly newsletter. The deadline to submit announcements is Friday for the following Tuesday's newsletter. You will need your MyLaw Id to access the system. To submit a newsletter update please click HERE.
All student organizations are encouraged to maintain their OrgSync website. Please contact College Website Cordinator Emily Diffenderfer if you are unsure how to update your web page. We discourage creating your own seperate online website, as information on how to manage those websites is often times not transfered between executive board years.
